Excel Prestige International – The latest in a string of “Reverse Pension” programs popping up all over the place.  This program was launched in April of 2007 and so far claims a membership of 224 of the needed 100,000 members to close.  Maybe people are starting to catch on to all the ‘copy cat’ RPP programs.  It doesn’t help that their site almost duplicate the text verbatim of other so called reverse pensions.  If you are thinking of signing up, we think there will be plenty of time before they will reach 100k members.  People are wising up and are waiting to see if the other programs that started before Excel pays out, then join.  Maybe a bit late on Excel’s part for joining the reverse pension “hyip” train.  In either case, participants in any of these programs are in for a long wait to see if they receive any returns if any. Believe what you will, they admit on their site that they could not play with the so called “big boys”, so now they have struck out on their own.  They have also added a little twist to the referral program to entice membership – a forced matrix.
