Invest In Ocean Front Beach Properties With PPREI Ltd.

PPREI Ltd.Paradise Property Real Estate Investments (PPREI Ltd.) was created in April of 2006 and registration of the domain around this time confirms this. Their forum is publicly accessible for those that want to do some extra due diligence. A small number of members who have been paid from this investment have posted in the forum.

“At PPREI we provide you with the opportunity to purchase into property, without all the work, yet reap all the rewards. We specialize in pre-construction units, as the earlier you get in, the lower the property price, which means a better return on your investment.

It should be noted that this is a MEDIUM – LONG term investment opportunity. You will not get rich overnight! The most important attribute needed when investing in Real Estate is patience. Some of what we offer will provide you with a weekly return, some will be monthly and others will mean waiting till the time is right to sell, which will double, triple, even quadruple your money!”

There are reports of 3 to 4 times returns from their initial principal amount. We would like to reiterate that the real estate investments that they are offering is a long term investment, running 24mos to 3 years or more. This is probably a contributing factor to why there are not a lot of “paid” postings in the forum since they have not reached the two year mark in running the investments. The properties that they invest in will need time for development and construction.

A couple of negatives that we see are no transparency with contact information, addresses or locations and what appears to be limited communications from the admin in the forum. We will give them the benefit of the doubt that they do communicate with their member investors more frequently through emails and the fact that they have stated that they will have more contact info coming soon.

There had been a setback with the escrow service, FriendlyPay, which they were using. If FriendlyPay goes under, any monies that members have invested with PPREI and was in FP may be lost. It is commendable that PPREI has announced that they will honor members’ deposits that were supposed to be safe in escrow and absorb the loss. In the meantime, they are working on adding dependable payment options to collect future investment funds and drop ones like e-gold.

Our mission is to make the dream of owning investment property a reality for the general public, who under normal circumstances would not be able to purchase real estate on their own. By combing people and resources, PPREI makes it possible.

They currently have two investment ventures, vacant land and a pre-construction development. There are three investment plans, but one is all ready closed. Listed below are the two current remaining plans.

  • Possible Side Earning Potential: If all investors agree we might build (which is our preferred option on Ocean Front) and keep this as a vacation rental where it would rent for as high as $5000/week in high season and as low as $2500 – $3000/week in the low season. These rates would guarantee full occupancy at all times. Thus you would earn weekly profit. We would then sell for even higher when the time came.

  • 2+ times your invested amount (potential is unlimited due to rental). You will earn from weekly rental income and sale of house. 70% of rental profit is returned back to investors.
  • 20% goes to a holding account for that property to cover repairs and unforeseen costs.
  • 10% goes to us for managing the property.

Estimated time before we sell for max earning potential

  • Using as rental property so will not sell unless investors agree and the time is right.

Side Earning Potential:

  • We plan on using these houses as vacation rentals where it would rent for as high as $2000/week in high season and as low as $1000/week in the low season. Thus you would earn weekly profit. We would then sell for even higher when the time came.

As in all investments, obtain more due diligence and assess your risks before investing. We have no strong indications of it either being a scam or perfectly legit at this time.
