ANTIGUA & BARBUDA CHANNEL ISLANDS LIECHTENSTEIN BAHAMAS COOK ISLANDS MALTA BELIZE GRENADA PANAMA BERMUDA GIBRALTAR SWITZERLAND BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS ISLE OF MAN TU TURKS & CAICOS ISLANDS CAYMAN ISLANDS LATVIA VANUATU I can't make any direct recommendations on the direct currency investing, but many of the offshore banking facilities will give you the option of having your holdings in different currencies if you choose to. If you are in the U.S. there are possibilities to make some good returns in having holdings in other currencies at the moment. Do a search on "emerging country currency" trading and you can get some good info. As far as offshore banking, these are some countries you can look at.
